She’s sitting across from you. She’s been told “it’s just aging” Now what?

You’ve invested thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in your education. But real women don’t arrive as textbook cases.

  • Her labs don’t match her symptoms.
  • She “should” tolerate progesterone, and doesn’t.
  • She’s on an SSRI, has thyroid issues and insulin resistance, and now perimenopause is layered on top.
  • She’s caring for aging parents, launching kids, and questioning her career, all while not sleeping.
  • Her doctor dismissed her, and she doesn’t know what to ask next time.
  • She’s heard conflicting things about breast cancer risk and is afraid to bring up hormones.

Midlife care takes deep physiology and the skill to support the whole person, not just the symptom list.

Introducing the Midlife Advocate*

Not every woman needs another prescriber. She needs an advocate.

Think of a doula, but for midlife. A Midlife Advocate gives women the social, emotional, educational and practical support to navigate this stage with confidence, alongside her medical team, never in place of it.

Menopause and body support

Help women understand and track their symptoms, explore self-care like meditation and acupressure, and walk into appointments with the right questions.

Life transitions and identity

Guide women through empty nesting, caring for aging parents, career changes, divorce, and age discrimination.

Emotional space

Be the objective, non-judgmental sounding board that reduces isolation, decision fatigue and fear.

* Midlife Advocates educate and support. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. Licensed graduates practice within their own scope.

You asked. We listened.

The HerIQ mentorship was invaluable. After years of functional medicine study — and seeing a functional medicine doctor myself — I had never even heard of physiologic HRT. HerIQ is doing a fabulous job getting this much-needed education to practitioners. I now understand my own body better and feel genuinely equipped to review results with clients and have confident, practical hormone conversations. The calls were personal and unhurried, the resources exceptional — lectures, handouts, guides, and cheat sheets I’m still using as I build my business. I knew I wanted to specialize with women in midlife; HerIQ is what made me feel prepared to do it.

The woman in front of you deserves more than “this is just part of getting older,” and you want to be the one who gives it to her.

Midlife isn’t solved with a patch and a prayer. It’s hormones, gut, thyroid, blood sugar and sleep. It’s also aging parents, kids leaving, careers shifting, and a woman wondering who she is now. She needs people who understand both. That’s who we train.

If that’s the kind of practitioner you want to be, we’d be honored to teach you.
