Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases of educational materials, memberships, and digital content are final and non-refundable.

Lab kits may be refundable only if unused and unopened within 14 days of purchase.  Coaching packages and subscriptions may include cancellation terms as outlined at the time of purchase.  Refund requests must be submitted in writing to clientsupport@heriq.co.  HerIQ reserves the right to deny refunds outside of these terms.
